3. What to include — and why

Seven items are enough to size a screw without a second round of questions:

1. Diameter and lead — lead sets speed per motor rpm.
2. Accuracy grade — C3 / C5 / C7 / C10, chosen from real positioning tolerance, not habit.
3. Overall stroke — feeds the critical-speed check.
4. Mounting orientation — horizontal or vertical; a vertical axis usually needs a brake.
5. Payload and its offset — sets moment load on the guide and the nut.
6. Required speed — screws whip above critical speed regardless of load.
7. Quantity — stocked single units and production volumes price differently.

If the shaft ends are not standard, add the drawing. Ends are machined to GB/T 1095 (keyways) and GB/T 894 (retaining-ring grooves) unless your drawing says otherwise.

4. Response and delivery

• Stocked models: quoted the same working day, dispatched the same day when confirmed before cut-off.
• Non-standard machining: quoted against drawing with an explicit lead time before you order.
• Export support: export-grade packing, plus English drawings and dimensional reports on request. International freight is arranged by the buyer or their forwarder.
• Samples: available for evaluation before production orders on most standard series.

Stocked models are quoted the same working day, typically within a few hours during GMT+8 business hours. Non-standard parts are quoted against your drawing.

Which information matters most?

Diameter and lead, accuracy grade, stroke, orientation, payload, speed and quantity. With those seven we can size the screw without going back and forth.

Can you support shipments outside China?

We can prepare export-grade packing and English documentation. International freight is arranged by the buyer or their forwarder.
