About Shiyi Automation

Huizhou-based supplier of MOSIONX ball screws, HIWIN linear guides, ball splines and support units — stocking distributor with in-house shaft-end machining.

1. Who we are

Huizhou Shiyi Automation Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Shiwan Town, Boluo County, Huizhou, Guangdong. We keep two ball screw production routes running in parallel: C5 precision-ground for positioning-critical axes, and C7 rolled for general automation where the cost per axis matters more than micron-level accuracy.

Alongside our own screw lines we act as a core channel partner for MOSIONX (the brand of Taiwan TBI Motion) and a service provider for HIWIN linear guides. Stocking both brands is deliberate: it lets a machine builder pair a MOSIONX screw with a HIWIN guide, or keep a single brand across a machine, without waiting on a consolidated shipment.

2. What we supply

LineCommon seriesTypical use
Ball screwsSFA, SFB, SFV, SFAR, SFVRCNC feed axes, laser cutting, Z-axis lifts
Linear guidesTRH / TRS series, HIWIN HG equivalentsGantry beams, pick-and-place, gantry robots
Ball splinesSLF (flanged), SLT (cylindrical)Torque plus linear motion on one shaft
Rotary seriesRotary ball screw / spline assembliesIndexing heads, SCARA-style Z-R axes
Support unitsBF, BK, EK, FK fixed and supported endsScrew mounting, bearing housing
Couplings & modulesKP single-axis modules, shaft couplingsCompact linear axes, servo coupling

Model naming follows the catalog. Cross-references such as SFNU05020-4 = SFU05020-4 = DFU05020-4 refer to the same screw; ask us to confirm before substituting.

3. Accuracy and the standards we build to

Screw accuracy is specified as travel deviation over 300 mm of travel — not as a general "precision" claim:

GradeDeviation / 300 mmProcessFits
C3≈ 0.008 mmGroundSemiconductor handling, metrology
C5≈ 0.018 mmGroundMachining centres, laser processing
C7≈ 0.050 mmRolledGeneral automation, lifting, feed
C10≈ 0.210 mmRolledRough positioning, low-cost transport

Machining and acceptance follow GB/T 17587.3 (ball screws — acceptance conditions) and GB/T 1800 (limits and fits); keyways to GB/T 1095 and retaining-ring grooves to GB/T 894. If your drawing cites ISO or JIS instead, send it — we work to the drawing.

One common mix-up: C0–C3 are ball screw accuracy codes. Linear guide accuracy is graded N / H / P / SP / UP. Do not carry screw grades across to guides.

4. Stock and lead time

5. Selection support

Buying a screw on diameter alone is the usual cause of premature failure. Before we recommend a model we work through:

  1. Mounting orientation — horizontal or vertical (vertical axes need a brake or a self-locking check).
  2. Payload and its offset from the guide plane, which sets the moment load.
  3. Speed and stroke, which set critical speed — the screw buckles or whips above it.
  4. Required life in hours, which sets the dynamic load rating (Ca) target.
  5. Accuracy grade, preload class, and whether backlash must be near zero.

Bring those five numbers and the model selection takes minutes. Our online selector covers 431 catalogued records and runs the life and critical-speed checks directly.

6. Frequently asked questions

Are you a manufacturer or a distributor?

Both, depending on the part. We run C5 ground and C7 rolled screw lines in Huizhou, and we stock MOSIONX and HIWIN product as a channel partner. Standard models ship from stock; special shafts are machined to drawing.

What is the relationship between MOSIONX and HIWIN?

Two separate Taiwanese makers. MOSIONX is the brand of Taiwan TBI Motion; HIWIN is best known for linear guides. We supply both so a design is not locked to one catalogue.

Can you machine shaft ends to my drawing?

Yes — stepped ends, keyways to GB/T 1095, ring grooves to GB/T 894, and custom nut flanges. Attach the drawing to your enquiry.

Can you support export shipments?

We can supply export-grade packing together with English drawings and dimensional reports. International freight is arranged by the buyer or their forwarder.
